OUR MISSION
The mission of Blacklining Foundation is to reverse the negative effects of Redlining by addressing the racial injustices, inequalities, and inequities inherent of the blatant discriminatory practices of Redlining. We operate under the direction of 3 pillars Health, Wealth, Legacy. It is our intention to reverse the negative effects of Redlining through Breaking Generational Curses created by Redlining.
OUR JOURNEY
2019
COVID-19 Polarized the inequities and inequalities in black and brown communities. We began our investigation and inquiries on the causes of these Social Disorders. There was a direct connection between communities that were previously Redlined and communities still reeling for poverty, illness and social disorganization. Using the map, we were able to identify these areas.
